MELT Method is a simple self-treatment method that reduces chronic pain.
MELT is a system that focuses on restoring the support and stability of your body's essential infrastructure: the connective tissue, or fascia. Over time, daily stresses, injuries, and aging can cause fascia to dehydrate and stiffen, leading to chronic aches, stiffness, and tension.

In this hands-on session, you will learn gentle, precise techniques using soft foam rollers and specialized balls. These simple techniques are designed to:
