Meet Your Guide

Miriam Hanson, E-RYT500, YACEP

A note from Miriam: “I cried through most of my first Yin Class on the Caribbean island of Roatan in 2001. I had no idea I could be moved so deeply by staying so still. Since then, I have maintained a regular Yin practice to complement my generally Yang practice and lifestyle. The Yin flame lit in my heart from that first practice has become a deep, unwavering light infused with the energy of the hundreds of practitioners who have attended my classes over the last 15 years.

“Your students are your greatest teachers, and this Teacher Training offering is supported by the deep teachings I have received from the beautiful souls sharing their Yin practice in the studio with me. I humbly offer this practice from my own integrated study and with the encouragement of my teachers, my colleagues and my fellow Sadhakas (students) on the path to self-realization and self-healing.”

Miriam extends deep bows to her teachers: Bernie Clark, Michelle Pietrzak-Wegner, Matthew Sandford, Indu Arora & Bhavani Maki.
