The Power of Intuitive Knowing: Reclaiming Wisdom, Wellbeing & Wonder

In a culture that prizes productivity, logic, and external validation, intuition is often dismissed as irrational or “woo-woo.”

But what if intuitive knowing is actually one of our most powerful inner resources?

In this engaging and experiential mini retreat, join Rachel Gilbertson to explore how reconnecting with our inner wisdom can support greater clarity, confidence, discernment, and decision-making, both personally and professionally. Through personal stories, cultural insight, reflection, and practical tools, you’ll explore what can make intuitive knowing difficult to hear and discover simple ways to begin noticing the whispers, nudges, and “breadcrumbs” of curiosity that are already present.

This retreat is an invitation to explore intuition in a way that is grounded, practical, and choice-based.

What to Expect

  • Guided Practices: A gentle blend of reflection, optional meditation, journaling, and mindful movement.

  • Community & Connection: Low-pressure opportunities to share and connect in small groups.

  • Your Pace, Your Choice: A welcoming, choice-based environment with no single "right" way to participate—engage in whatever way feels most supportive for you.

  • Practical Takeaways: Simple, actionable tools to access, trust, and follow your intuitive knowing long after the retreat ends.

Bring yourself, a journal, and anything that would support your comfort and wellbeing.
