A Forest Exploration Experience

Come play, explore, and grow wild and free with us!

We invite your child to join us in slowing down, tuning in, and reconnecting with the magic of the forest. Our forest exploration camp is more than just an outdoor gathering—it’s a journey toward the true essence of self. Surrounded by the beauty of the woods, children are given the space to build confidence, emotional awareness, and meaningful connections with nature and one another.

Each gathering weaves together a rich tapestry of experiences:

  • Mindful Movement: We practice Qigong to help children find their center and flow.

  • Rhythmic Connection: Music therapy experiences foster expression and group harmony.

  • Creative Reflection: Journaling allows for quiet moments of discovery and thought.

  • Imaginative Play: Plenty of time is dedicated to getting into the fun elements only a forest can provide.

Come ready to move, create, and explore!
