Meeting the Moment: Mending the Arc Storytelling
Cultivate clarity and connection through the power of your own story.
Many of us wish to understand how we can be the peace, connection, and healing needed in these times. Storytelling, practiced over time, is a uniquely powerful way to cultivate wisdom and clarity—as individuals and as a greater community. We each stand in the center of a “long arc” connecting generations of the past to those of the future. By practicing storytelling in community, we support one another in learning from, healing, and evolving with the stories that make our lives possible.
This is not a performance. Rather, it is a practice of connecting with your own essential beingness and sharing the collective wisdom that emerges when we gather together.
What to Expect
Over the course of five sessions, you will join a small, supportive community to explore stories of the past, present, and future. Our time together will include:
Guided Prompts: Simple, reflective storytelling prompts designed to connect you to your inner wisdom.
Shared Connection: A space of warmth, laughter, and creativity shared with fellow community members.
A Practice of Presence: Moving beyond performance to focus on authentic connection and beingness.
Inclusivity: This series is appropriate for all ages and levels of experience.
