Sensuality and sexuality are a part of the human experience whether you are engaging in this aspect of yourself with a lover or committed to embodying your own sensuality in ways that bring you alive. This can be a challenging topic, embedded with harmful binary societal messages, mis-information, and vulnerability that pushes us to navigate nervous system care right alongside the longing to express ourselves and feel free. It is also a beautiful topic that also offers us freedom, healing, and the opportunity to live out our fullness with ourselves and others. We will engage this topic with gentleness, care, playfulness and honesty. You will leave with specific tools and take-home exercises to support you on your sensual journey.
What we will explore:
Week 1: Mind and Emotions ~ Reclaim your sexual embodiment at this season of your life and have the opportunity to write your sexual script.
Week 2: Communication ~ Learn verbal and nonverbal communication techniques for while you are dating or while you are in relationship(s). Find your expression and relational style.
Week 3: Body and Breath ~ Learn to tend to your body and how the breath soothes and enlivens within a sexual experience. Two breath techniques will be shared.
Week 4: Energy and Spirit ~ Weave your subtle body and Spirit with your sexuality in a way that is healing, supportive, and powerful. This can offer life force energy that is creative and transformative in various aspects of our lives.
Note: This series is open to all genders and orientations and is completely applicable to individuals, whether you are currently in a relationship or exploring this path of self-discovery independently. All exercises are designed for personal exploration; you are always in choice regarding your level of participation.
