Meet Your Guide

Sara Duke (ERYT500), is a life-long learner and traveler. She loves yoga, road trips, hiking,

camping, gardening, canal boating, and reading in bed. Sara has cultivated the ability to sense the mind-body connection through deep and relaxed concentration. Her experience has taught her how to explore (and help others explore) the knowledge the body has to share when we slow down enough to listen. Her recent life phase has encouraged a deep dive, studying how yoga can benefit us during the menopause transition. Her teaching includes slow posture flow, strength & balance practices, inner core, breathwork, relaxation, and meditative self-inquiry.
