Girls Connected: An Outdoor Experience

Explore the beautiful and powerful you!

Girls are full of strength and power. This camp is a dedicated, supportive space for girls and gender-expansive youth to connect with their true essence, inner wisdom, and personal power. Together, we will practice practical tools for returning to ourselves—finding clarity, confidence, and guidance—just as we are.

Focus Areas for Growth

Through meaningful conversations and hands-on activities, we explore the topics that matter most to young people today:

  • Self-Love & Authentic Expression: Cultivating the confidence to be your true self.

  • Staying Grounded: Learning how to remain in your power, even when life moves fast.

  • Nature Connection: Finding lasting peace and strength through the natural world.

Our Days Together Include:

We balance active movement with quiet reflection and creative play to ensure a whole-hearted experience:

  • Hiking & Forest Adventures: Exploring the beauty of the forest.

  • Music Therapy Experiences: Active music-making and songwriting to support emotional expression and build self-assurance.

  • Qigong Practice: A gentle, ancient movement practice for grounding and clearing energy blockages.

  • Creative Exploration: Ample space for laughter, deep connection, and building lifelong friendships!
