Did you know we are the only trauma-conscious yoga business that offers FREE, sliding-scale classes, events, and workshops? We value making yoga and other trauma-healing interventions accessible to all. We provide free mats, yoga props, tea, water, chocolates, and giveaways (affirmation cards, stickers, magnets, pens, etc.) to all of our customers.

We are a community minded organization and have served PAVSA, Life House, CAIR, Fon du Lac, DWI Court, Lake Superior Community Health Care Center, Intectural/Arborwood, Human Development Center, Center for Alcohol and Drug Treatment, Steve O’Neil Apartments, First Witness, Northwood Children’s Home, Harbor City International School, National Bank of Commerce, UMD, Junior League of Duluth, Family Freedom Center, St. Louis County Jail, Victory Chorus, and Neighborhood Youth Services, and more.
