Plant Medicine Circle - NEW DATES COMING FOR SPRING 2023

Join local herbalist Angela Krick once per month for an herbal-infused gathering. We will taste plant medicine, journey together, and explore the ways plants work with our body, mind, heart, and spirit, moving us always towards vitality and alignment. 

Every month will be unique in its context with the seasons, the elements, and our approach to healing. There will be room for inquiry, discussion, and hands-on activities and medicine making/sharing. We will lead you on a collective guided meditation and end the circle with a restorative experience. Circling through the seasons will nurture our connection to the earth and our bodies. Come explore deep healing through all of your senses. 

Our Plant Medicine Circle meets on the second Friday of every month from 6-7:30pm. Cost is $15 per class, if you commit to the whole year it is $10 per class. No herbal experience necessary to attend. 

Plant Medicine Circle is a journey through the seasons with our senses. Bring a journal and your favorite teacup as we explore the world of herbal plant medicine. This is an opportunity to build on something healthful, medicinal, Earth-friendly, bountiful, cyclical and vital. We are showing up to take steps and actions toward shifting patterns, understanding our bodies and nourishing our connection with Earth and the medicinal benefits of natural foods, spices and herbs through the seasons.

We introduce Energetics and Constitutions with a consistent referral to these tools as a language to interpret our experiences, how to use herbal medicine and listen to our bodies. This is a journey. We gather in circle to share our insights and experiential learning of plant medicine together which becomes exponential in how we can learn the applications of the herb.
